Welcome to Elevated by KC. By booking our services or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to protect the integrity of our work, our time, and the elevated experience we provide to every client.

1. Booking & Inquiry Policy

All services begin with the completion of our Elevated Inquiry Form.
This form allows us to understand your brand, determine alignment, and ensure your project fits the standard we uphold at every level.

Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance. If approved, you will receive an invoice and onboarding instructions. Projects officially begin once your deposit is received.

 

2. Payment & Deposit Policy

To secure your project on our studio schedule, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all Website Design services only.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due before final files, launch, or transfer.

  • All other services — including campaign graphics, motion graphics, flyer design, strategy sessions, and business essentials — must be paid in full at the time of booking.
    This ensures your project is prioritized and allows our creative team to begin curating your elevated experience.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our creative services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Once work has begun, time, strategy, and digital assets cannot be returned — therefore all payments remain final.

 

4. Revisions Policy

Revision allowances vary by package level.

  • Revisions are intended for minor adjustments, not full redesigns.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included amount incur an additional fee.

  • Any change in project scope, direction, or requested aesthetic shift after approval will require a new invoice.

 

5. Turnaround Time Policy

Turnaround times depend on project type, client responsiveness, and package level.
Estimated timelines will be provided during onboarding, but may adjust based on communication delays or added revisions.

Clients are responsible for providing all content (photos, copy, brand assets) on time. Missing materials delay the project.

 

6. Communication Policy

All communication is handled via:

  • Email

  • Client portal (if applicable)

DMs will not be used for project updates or approvals.
Communication is available during business hours only.

 

7. Content & Copy Policy

Clients are responsible for submitting all text, images, and content for their website or campaign unless content creation is specifically included in their package.

If copywriting is needed, it can be added for an additional fee.

 

8. Design Ownership Policy

Elevated by KC retains ownership of all design files, drafts, motion assets, and creative concepts until the final balance is paid in full.

Once paid, the client receives rights to use the final delivered files for their business.
Source files remain the property of Elevated by KC unless purchased separately.

 

9. Website Transfer & Launch Policy

Website transfers occur only after:

  • Full payment is made

  • Client approval is received

  • Required login details are provided

Elevated by KC is not responsible for third-party hosting issues, domain problems, or platform downtime.

 

10. Project Pause & Cancellation Policy

If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 business days, the project will automatically pause.
After 14 days of no communication:

  • The project is considered inactive

  • A restart fee will be required

  • Timeline will be adjusted

Deposits remain non-refundable.

 

11. No Logo Services Policy

Please note: logo design is not offered within Elevated by KC packages.
Clients must provide their existing logo or wordmark before the project begins.

 

12. Creative Direction Policy

By booking Elevated by KC, you are agreeing to work within our signature editorial, elevated, luxury style.
We do not replicate the branding of other designers or trend chase.
Clients book us for our vision, direction, and signature elevated aesthetic.

 

13. Confidentiality Policy

All client materials, strategies, and assets are confidential.
We request the same respect regarding our processes, pricing, and proprietary designs.

 

14. Platform & Technical Policy

We build exclusively on approved platforms (Shopify, Wix, or preferred).
We do not troubleshoot:

  • Third-party apps

  • Client hardware/software

  • Printer or POS system setups

Technical issues outside our scope should be referred to the appropriate provider.

 

15. Professional Imagery Requirement

To maintain the Elevated by KC standard, all clients must provide a professional, high-quality photo for use in website designs, campaigns, and promotional layouts.
Unedited phone photos, filtered images, low-resolution uploads, or AI imagery may be declined.

Elevated by KC reserves the right to reject any order if the imagery provided does not meet our quality guidelines or does not align with our brand level of excellence.

 

16. Rights & Usage

Elevated by KC retains the right to showcase all completed work in our portfolio, advertisements, and marketing unless a privacy upgrade is purchased.
All designs are for your brand’s use only and may not be resold or redistributed
